We are literally hard wired to; it is a biological imperative, such that we act in a way which is likely to lead to then next generation being produced.
Added to which for *most* people, most of the time, it feels damn good.
It feels good because it's a biological imperative.
Yup, there is a reason all those nerves are clustered around there, then dopamine does it's thing.
It's a pity that for some people this results in just the reverse, making sex incredibly unpleasant.
Yeah I've read about that. It's proof that there is no God.
Primal nature to breed.

Because its basicaly THE evolitionairy trait. Everything that can die, wants to ensure it does not. Our way of doing so, is not by individual, but bij species. Wich means sex is the only way to stop going extinct. All of our other traits have just evolved so that we can have 1 or 2 more times sex bevore we die.
Gross oversimplification btw, its not like we specificaly chose to evolve, its just that it randomly happend. And then still, evolution and genes are way too complicated for 1 reddit post, so take this with a grain of salt: there are lots more things that happen in the background.
Evolutionary reason of procreation.
Ofcourse there are exceptions.
Its the same reason you think about food when you are hungry
Because monkey brain.
Because it's an overwhelming biological imperative. People think about sex a lot because it's something people really like to do (generally).
Having said that, I *do* think it's possible to have an obsession with sex that borders on unhealthy if it's interfering with your day to day life and other pursuits.
Because we're only animals and reproduction is hard coded in our genes.
Also, evolution has made it so that sex and orgasms are one of the best feelings our brains can witness.
