I have also experienced this. I would recommend you to turn on airplane mode and mute the notification sound and play the video on wifi

BlissApple

Wouldn't airplane mode also disable WiFi connection?

po-po-po

It would be best if you just make the video available offline, the Sadhguru mobile app allows this.

No

Even though it is them telling you how to do yoga, it should be you doing it. If you did not answer that phone call with a smile you are maybe doing it wrong.

DaNeeDaVeeDoh

Yeah this. Your whole life is like the thought train let things happen and pass through you without getting caught in the abruptness of it

Simply enable do not disturb mode. Even if you receive call or text or any other notification it won't ring and interrupt your sadhana. Pretty much all smart phones have it at this point.

I'm that sort that even turns off all the light, fridges, phones, routers, boilers, nearby electric adapters and cables when I'm doing Yoga. Would highly recommend testing out doing Yoga in such settings at least once at beginning and later when you are more experiences. Nowdays, if something doesn't physically disturb me, I don't mind. I'm not doing any guided meditations tho. In the beginning I also had many angry outburst after doing my Sadhana, but awareness of me being in such state was enhanced. I recommend just being aware of it after it happens, if you don't plan on making balancing practices that others recommended in this comment section. Here are [few tips](https://www.reddit.com/r/Sadhguru/comments/nthvp8/i_got_initatiated_into_shambavi_mahamudra_on_may/h0spk6s/) for increasing receptivity during Sadhana.

Download the video on YouTube for offline usage. Then go into air plane mode during the session. Problem solved...

Passerine_tempus

It happens. Energies are moving and when that is disturbed, it feels chaotic. I've experienced this too... you feel very angry and bothered. A) make sure your calls are off. B) if you do get interrupted, do some sukha kriya or, if you have not been taught that, do nadi shuddhi for 20 minutes. You'll find the instruction video online. It'll set you to rights emotionally and also energy wise. You can also use the Sadhguru app, which lets you use the kriya offline (I think).

Smile & move on. Why poison your internal system due to an external situation.

RESSandyeggo

Yes, and remember, Sadhguru says, when you’re angry, you’re being stupid. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=zU-uZ6xSc4A :)

cosmic_pal

I did this to handle such situations 1.download the isha kriya video in which ever language you need it 2.before starting just put your mobile in airplane mode so calls will not interept

souravbebarta

Regarding you getting angry and agitated, If you learn to laugh at your own stupidity, all your crap will turn into manure very fast. And manure is good for growth.- Sadhguru 🙏🌼

Intoxicated_human

It is best if you download the video and turn your phone to airplane mode...

Aceaceblaze
