Peanuts have lots of fiber, fiber is needed for pooping well, but too much can also constipate you. Stop eating them for a few days and see if they are the problem
I also eat them raw after soaking, in the morning on empty stomach, like it is prescribed in tfor Mahashivratri Sadhana, together with mixture of neem, honey, black pepper and lemon. I usually go to the bathroom right after. I've always had fast metabolism through out my life tho. I can't remember if there was even a day when I didn't go to the toilet. I did have bloating problems that this Sadhana in particular fixed for me.

A handful and a half per meal. I drink plenty of water, 3L+ a day.

Idk it never happened to me
I ate soaked groundnuts during my Shivanga Sadhna every morning, did not face any issues.
