Humans get stomach ulcers if the pH is too low, I doubt it would be possible for the stomach lining to handle 1.0 pH without extreme pain and issues. Zollinger-Ellison syndrome is related to this


Maybe if you could also get stronger stomach lining to neutralize the stronger acid. No idea how though maybe some genetic engineering semi magic. Probably need to do the intestines too.

For anyone curious, they're referring to [Michael Lotito](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michel_Lotito). But Lotito didn't have some special stomach acid: he didn't actually *digest* his bizarre meals, there's no way someone could have stomach acid strong enough to melt steel.
