Top one is just Glimmer’s color pallet
Should I draw glimmer using only those colors
Gonna save this comment for lager
Save it for ale too
Bottom one is *almost* Adora’s color pallet. Like not quite but still
I think it's a little closer to Bow's
You know, I said adora bc she’s blonde but yeah no you’re right with bow’s gold
You wrote Glimmer, and I read Gilmore. Both work, I think.
Painted a model of Glimmer, can confirm, she is nothing but purple, pink, and glitter.
You forgot violence
The longer I’m here the less I understand what the FUCK people are saying
2. Golf ball
3. Pink but like after a few static shocks
Do you mean tennis ball or do you golf with yellow golf balls?
I actually golf with tennis balls, makes it easier
(I'm a fool)
Like the softball equivalent of golf. Bigger, softer ball, and only underhand pitches into the hole.
ah fuck im colorblind, here we go
1. blue, hot pink, ... lavender?
2. burnt orange, yellow, watermelon
We need more color blind people looking at this.
oh no, how incorrect was i
btw im multicolorblind, red-green and blue-yellow, so take that as you may
Actually, you were mostly right.
what the fuck
Yeah, blue was pretty wrong, but you still got the general “purples and pinks” vibe down.
And the second row is almost dead-on. Like, by god you’ve described it better than I did.
oh wow, cool!! im honestly really surprised i got the second row right, burnt orange and yellow were kinda shots in the dark lol
btw what kinda colourblind are you?
They said both redgreen and blueyellow - deuteranopia and tritanopia iirc not googling the names
blue was closer to like... a lilac purple? but yeah otherwise pretty much spot on
I'm colorblind too
Blue, Hot pink, Light blue
Red, yellow, less saturated red
how did i do
Watermelon is spot the fuck on
Wait but so they might be seeing both this and watermelons as like blue or something.
Which makes me realize comparisons like this may be the best way for color blind people to describe colors because even if it's different from what non color blind people see it's still right. The colors we associate with the mentioned object is different.
They said the lilac was blue, not the watermelon colour?
Oh yeah I said blue just as an example. My point was for example if they saw both the color here and watermelons as color X, they could still accurately describe it for us even though we see it as color Y.
It was just a broad idea I realized, nothing specific to here.
yooo, hell yeah
I'd call the first one lavender. The one you called blue
The bottom is pretty good, hot pink is right, top left is lavender, top right is like? Pastel pink?
I mean, you pretty much got it
Easy! Purple, magenta, light pinkish purple (not quite sparkles but same vibe just darker)
Orange, yellow, pink
you're both wrong its chartreuse
Lavender, Hot Pink, Soft Pink, Upvote Button, Neon, and Red.
neon is a very appropriate name for that colour tbh
I was thinking neon but I think “highlighter” is more descriptive because come on
Purple. Pink. A softer pink.
Orange. Flourescent yellow. Red.
why do i feel stupid? I feel like I have ten brain cells and each one is a color, and those are the only colors that have names
1. Grimace Mcdonalds
2. Hot Bitch (endearing)
5. i hate the word chartreuse so much. It is completely misleading What colour do you think of when you hear chartreuse? like ain't that like the bourgeois water bottle brand from the european alps. I think it should be called Tennnice
6. oh my god the last two colours are splatoon
tennnice?? like the sporte?
It’s the yellow-Green crayon that sits in the box because you don’t know what to do with it and then say fuck it and use like half of it coloring the sky because you’re eight and who cares about color accuracy.
I agree on chartreuse, I just recently learned it's a greenish colour, for some reason I always thought it was reddish, I still can't get the red association out of my head, it just makes more sense with the word, anyway, yes the word chartreuse sucks because it's misleading
Light purple, pink, lighter pink, then red, green (but like a really yellowish green), red
personally i would call it yellow because if i saw an ambiguous lemon/lime in that colour i would presume it was a lemon
- Light purple
violet, pink, light purple
orange, yellow, red
i changed my mind, i'm deleting this because it's bullshit
Purple purple purple
Orange yellow pink
Orange, neon-yellow, pink
Lavender, hot pink, pastel pink
Orange, yellow, red
top, left to right: lavender, fuschia, pastel pink
bottom, left to right: scarlet, chartreuse(yeah worst name for a color), rose
I will always be angry that chartreuse is a color for green
depends on what im coloring, duh 🧐
Periwinkle/Lavender-ish, hot pink, light pink.
Reddish-orange, very yellow green, crimson.
My general rule of thumb for deciding what colour something is: a primary colour can't have a secondary colour as a component. So you can have yellowish-green, but not greenish-yellow.
number 1 is orange, two is really bright yellow and the third is ~~flesh color~~ a really red pink
Lavender, bright magenta, mauve
Red, lime green, red
EDIT: it is late and my blue light filter is on so these are like not accurate at all
1.) Light indigo, magenta, pinky purple
2.) Bright af orange, green, pink but mostly red
Purple, pink, pink
Red, green, red
1: blood orange, leaning towards orange but I can see this as red too
2: it’s yellow and if you say otherwise I am disowning you
3: okay this one’s fucking me up, whenever it’s in the middle of my screen it’s red but whenever I scroll down and half of it’s covered it immediately transitions to pink, what the hell is going on?
Context changes your perception of colour and iirc colour perception is best in the center of your FOV and your periphery is less good
Red, yellow, pink duh
Lavender, Hot pink, and Light Pink
Red, Green, and Pink.
Lavender, magenta, pink
Orange, yellow, red
yes, yes and yes, respectively
Purple, hot pink, light pink
red, tennis ball yellow, pink
The top is violet magenta and lavender, the bottom is orange yellow and pink.
Purple, bareli qualifies as pink, pink,
Orange, if you look at this without looking at the pink this is green, red (carmine)
1. Lavender, hot pink, light pink
2. Red orange, lime, reddish pink
Purple, Magenta, Lavender, Orange, Highlighter, Pink
Lilac, magenta, pastel pink.
Neon orange, neon yellow, neon red.
purple, purple, purple, orange, yellow, light red. next question
Light purple(idk there's probably a word for this but I dont know it),
Orange, yellow, red
Violet, Magenta, Pink
Vermillion, Lime and... rose-red?
1. pastel purple, hot pink, lavender
2. dark orange, ~~neon~~ highlighter yellow, faded red
Red, yellow that wants to be green, pink wearing red’s skin to fool us
Wait no it’s orange now
nvm it’s red again
I have no idea what to believe
lavender, hot pink, pink
red-orange, yellow, red-orange
Mauve, fuschia and pearly purple
Vermilion, lemon and Barbie pink
My take: purple, pink, lavender, orange, green, pink
Lavender, hot pink, pearl,
orange, yellow, pink
in THAT order
red orange, yellow green Crayola Changeable, pink
Periwinkle, magenta, pink
Orange, neon lime, hot pink
Top Row:Lavender,Pink,Muted Pastel Pink
Bottom Row:Orange,Yellow,Salmon-y Watermelon-y Red
What is this for?
Lavender, hot pink, violet(?)
Orange, School Highlighter Yellow, red
Red yellow red on the bottom, purple pink pink on the top
Orange green pink
Although I will say that that green is so close to yellow that it could almost go either way.
1. Offbrand Discord
3. Someone tried to make pink with red and grey instead of red and white
4. Reddit Upvote redange
5. A specific soda I can't think of lime
Red, yellow, pink
Light purple, magenta, lilac, blood orange, chartreuse, watermelon
Well the first row is Lavender, Orchid, and Lilac.
The second row is not
1- Lavender or Lilac I can never tell the difference
2- hot pink
5- highlighter yellow
2. Mellow Yellow
3. Strawberry red
violet, hot pink, depends on my mood
orange, yellow, red
Grape, Fuschia, grey-pink
Reddish-orange, sour apple, strawberry hard candy
Orang green pink( closer of the two)
Top: Purple, pink, pink
1) Depends on context, in this instance I'd say red but would accept orange
2) Yellow, but a bit sick
3) Again, depends on context, I'd say red but would accept pink
