The latest in fish-walking technology

aren't we all.
It's just like they said.
It do be an easy and portable way to carry fish doe 😳😳
We need to be on Fishguard for all these puns now.
Please don't phrase this like an infomercial. All I can imagine is someone walking down the street, fumbling with a large fish.
Are you tired of having to carry your fish by hand? Do they slip from your grasp too easily?
Death Stranding 2
"NGL this does offer all the benefits of a fish in a much more convenient package"
thought that was the actual reason and I was upset because moving your fish from container to container more often than you need to for cleaning is stressful to the fish and can kill it
I wish someone would carry me around in this.
Huh when I did research on brook trout we just filled up a cooler with water and wheeled them to the swim tunnel
Every day we get closer to that guy from the Umbrella Academy
“Portable supramarine exploration device”
Megamind’s minion is thrilled. He can now get in and out of events in a much more subtle manner
Fun fact: don't do this regularly it's the same as carrying a cat in a cage when walking outside
you know i got that mf thang on me
You got that *fish scale*?
I see you are a fellow small green man
Haha yes I knew someone would get the reference
Fish launcher when
I get that this is a novel and interesting idea.
However, I also can't help but imagine the level of stress this would place upon nearly any aquatic creature that had not had a decent level of training/pre-exposure to this device and being jostled and swung about while lacking any sort of place to escape to our hide....I honestly kinda feel bad for the fish.
Why did I read this as "the latest in fish-stealing technology"? Wishful thinking from my subconscious again, I suppose.
You can see the capsule is cut in half. Poor fish can't even turn around in there
The fact that there is a pressure gauge seems a bit concerning.
The only use I could think of for something like that was if you wanted to compress the fish like the hydraulic press, which can't be healthy for the fish.
I was thinking it could adjust pressure depending on the fish's needs, or at least allow people to keep an eye on it
Like how fish from deeper parts of the ocean might need to be kept at a comparatively higher pressure
That makes sense, although you then have to wonder how they would have got the fish in there in the first place.
Ocean → tank → reefcase
It sounds like one of those problems people would have had to solve pretty early on
I can't read anything in the gauge at all. Maybe it's measuring oxygen content in the water or something?
This is my ideal aesthetic
Got some reason they looked like sick skateboards to me
