His vasectomy was partially covered and cost us $400 out of pocket.
You make a great point. There are states that have legislation requiring insurance to cover vasectomies. It’s required in maryland, for example. I bet there is a similar effort wherever you live! Check out your state’s NARAL website. I bet they would love to use your story to help their campaign.

They don't make essure anymore because it was so damaging to so many women.
