For this bun, I did a French feather braid down the top and sides of my hair, pancaked the three resulting braids, and wrapped them around each other to create the bun. UPDATE: I found the [tutorial](https://youtu.be/1CtPUlOe1XE)! It’s from Silvousplaits

Oh. My. God. Dear God, just wow. This is so beautiful, I’m gonna cry. And it’s so healthy and shiny! So do you keep it braided all the time? Cause I keep cutting mine off as it just gets too much and too uncomfortable and just everywhere and I’m looking for advice on how to tolerate it and not cut it because it’s just beautiful long, just look at yours - it’s majestic! Thanks for any advice in advance!

Thank you so much, that’s so kind! Normally I don’t braid it very much, I keep it in a bun with a hair stick. For the shininess I kinda cheated, I use a hair oil! But I definitely think braids or buns (or both) are definitely excellent ways to keep it out of the way if you need to get something done. I wish you the best of luck with your hair growing journey!
