Yess it’s a staple for me! I add some red onion, garlic granules, paprika and maybe some other mixed herbs to change things up. Add a dash of almond milk and/or tahini to make it smoother and blend it upp. Also goes really well with some Maggie liquid seasoning ontop 🙏
So I blend up the ingredients first, then put it on a baking tray and use a fork to make lines in the mixture, then put in an oven grill until it gets crispy on top!
This isn’t even everything I’ve eaten today 😅. I would say fasted cardio (incline walk for 30-45mins) in the morning has worked up a big appetite for me
I haven’t counted today to be fair but I usually have 30/40g protein per meal and more carbs pre workout. The protein oats are around 40g as well as the slush!
It’s blended oats. I pre blend a big bag and keep it ready for the mornings - I add some water and almond milk to that along with the salted caramel soy protein powder, pinch of salt and baking powder and then put a banana in and then blend it up, microwave or bake it but I tend to microwave as it’s more convenient. Then just add the frozen fruit ontop and 10-15g lotus spread, also sometimes cinnamon 🙏
I’m going to make this I love everything about it, I’ve only just started being a veggie. I’m finding it difficult to think of things to make, I don’t like the quorn /fake meat, also the supermarket is miles away and there’s no green grocers anymore ( near me anyway). I get a lift to shopping every 2 weeks but it’s hard to keep veg fresh that long. Anyway cheers
Just the classic baked beans on toast for me.. but I guess jacket potato, vegan cheese and b.beans always works well! You can also add kidney beans into the mix 🫘

Haha well it’s all relative to your own personal needs and goals :) I eat roughly 3000 cals, 180/190g protein a day
